Looking for a first car. Planning on getting a car I really would like for under 10g. so I can slowly customize is, mods first then style. 
Looking for:
-All wheel drive
-Turbo (factory built?)
-Preferably something "different" that the usual honda civic, but if theres a good civic model mention that too 
-In canada

AWD? Turbo from the factory? In Canada? You sir/miss want a Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. It is ALL of the above. Plus for 10k you can end up in the very low 12s easily and reliably (well in as much as a DSM can be reliable).

A good answer to this is NOT MITSUBISHI (spare the evo but that's over 10k) a 95-99 eclipse gsx will be wicked cheap but will fall apart hours after you just fixed something else, every time

An older Mitsubishi Evo will do you just fine. Easy to tune, good looking, in canada. Other than that, good luck. I would say an older skyline or a Impreza, but there arent to many AWD cars for less than 10 grand. Evo is a good place to start. Otherwise, you could go 15 grand and get yourself a nissan 350z. But no AWD for you D: For the guy who said RSX type s. i own one, it is the best thing in my life, But no AWD. In fact its FWD… Im thinking id sell it and raise some serious cash for a supra.

For under 10k your best bet is probably an acura rsx type s they have a great engine and respond well to mods. hope this helpa
